CE Delft has investigated the effects of the EU ETS for the competitive position of the Dutch industry. The results show that in terms of impacts on the national economy the effects are likely to be small. Auctioning all rights could result in a increase of cost price for the Dutch industry of approximately 0.3%. Click here to view the full report.
