Summary:

This report evaluates the effects of an introduction of a CO2 emission trading system in Dutch greenhouse horticulture. The report analysis six variants of such a system, some of them in combination with an energy tariff. The report concludes that systems which correspond with the European Emission Trade System (ETS) are the most efficient.
