This report was written by CE Delft and Sevenster Environmental as part of the reassessment of a permit for soil injection of the production water from exploitation of the Schoonebeek oil field. The life cycle assessment (LCA) described was conducted according to the methodology set out in the ‘MER LAP’ (National Waste Management Plan Environmental Impact Statement) and is part of a broader assessment using a method developed by CE Delft for assessing the environmental impact of deep subsurface water injection.
